I understand that quite a number of you were not able to indicate your selection of courses online. I have written to Tec de Monterrey to check if this is a system error. Nevertheless, I have asked them to use the selections which you sent to Juliana previously as the default choices if the system continues to be unresponsive. Will update you when I hear from Tec.
About airport pick-up, I do believe Tec will get it sorted out, so not to worry for now. All of your flight information has already been conveyed to Tec for a while now, so I’m sure they are just making sure everything is in place. Will let you know if I hear further.
About insurance – I understand that some of you intending to purchase insurance from SetMex have encountered issues with the online credit card payment. SetMex got back to Tec to say that the problem was with the online credit card payment system. I am checking with them to see if you can purchase insurance from their local representative office in Mexico.
