Acqua Summer 2011

Welcome to my blog! This blog was written by an exchange student who had been to Mexico for a short summer program. During my sojourn in Mexico, I had been studying in Tech De Mont, a prestigious, rich and well-recognized international university in Mexico. The courses that I took include basic Spanish and Introduction to the Mexican's Culture. I was a Singaporean undergraduate in National University of Singapore, NUS.

This blog is divided into different topics according to various themes and period: Arrival to Mex, Memoir's of my host family (8 parts).

You can choose between a single room or share a room with another international student. The host family will provide three meals a day from Monday to Saturday, laundry facilities and other utilities. Most of the residences are located within walking distance or along a bus route. Host Family options are available in 8 of the campuses offering study abroad programs. The only campus with no host family program is Campus Toluca.
On-campus Housing
Choose from single or double rooms, furnished with bed, desk, shelves, closet, wash stand and mirror. Common laundry and cooking facilities are available on-site. Meal plans are not available. All students are required to purchase health insurance. In addition, they should also purchase travel insurance to cover the gap period between departure from their home country to commencement of the exchange programme, and to cover the gap period between the end of the programme to their arrival back home.
